Murrill Construction Limited has carried out a number of Town Centre Regeneration schemes.  

The largest such scheme with a project value of nearly £4 million was the regeneration of Greenford Town Centre in west London.   Murrill carried out the works on this prestigious high profile scheme in conjunction with the Project Centre as designers.  The scheme was designed with high quality materials such as York stone paving and has the following key outcomes:

• providing a safer town centre
• improved car parking
• improved access for cyclists and pedestrians
• reduced congestion
• new footpaths and street furniture.

Priorities which have assisted in the successful implementation of these important schemes have included the following:

• Interacting in advance and throughout the construction period with key stakeholders, including residents and local businesses
• Realistic programming with regular updates and communication
• A dedicated project manager for the works
• Regular cost control and progress meetings with representatives of both the designers and the Client
