Andy Williams – Contracts Director
Over 17 years experience in the management of Highways Maintenance and Minor Civil Engineering Works Contracts. Over fourteen years have been spent working for and on behalf of a London Borough on various Highways Contracts.
Andy is educated to HNC level in Civil Engineering, holds a CSCS Project Managers card, a Level 4 NVQ & Certificate of Technical Competence (WAMITAB) in Waste Management Operations (Managing Transfer Hazardous Waste), an APS Certificate in the “Management of CDM Co‐Ordination” (CDM Regulations 2007) and NRSWA Supervisor Accreditation. Associate Member of the Institute of Highway Incorporated Engineers.
Mick Swindell – Finance & Procurement Director 
Over 12 years experience in the delivery and technical support of Highways Maintenance and Civil Engineering Contracts coupled together with 25 years experience in corporate facilities management. He has completed the NRSWA Supervisor course.
Roy C. Browne - Business Development Director
A Chartered Civil Engineer (C.Eng) with a BSc degree in civil engineering, Roy is also a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE) and Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (FCIHT). He has a background in providing technical services within the public sector having held a number of senior positions with several local authorities including Westminster City Council and Oxfordshire County Council.
Prior to joining Murrill Construction Ltd and for a number of years Roy was a Technical Director with Mouchel Limited (a consulting and business services group that provides design, managerial and engineering services).
He has an interest in asset management as well as the provision of quality, sustainable works and services to both the public and private sectors.
Geoff Jones – Senior Site Manager
Over 40 years experience in the delivery of Highways Maintenance Works Contracts from 'working on the tools' in his early career, to owning and managing a company providing highways maintenance works to a London Borough. Geoff holds a CSCS Project Managers card and New Roads and Streetworks Supervisor Certification (NRSWA).
Jim Cain – Senior Site Manager
Educated to NRSWA Supervisor level and CSCS. Over 30 years experience in the delivery of Highways Maintenance and Minor Civil Engineering works with 9 years managing works on behalf of Murrills for a London Borough.
Jamie Quinn – Senior Site Manager
20 years experience in Highways Engineering. For the majority of his career he has worked for or on behalf of a London Borough delivering highway works. Educated to HNC in Civil Engineering level, NRSWA Supervisor & CSCS.
Pete Broadhead – BSc MRICS Commercial Director
Over 25 years experience in the construction industry working on Commercial, Residential, Civil and Leisure projects for the public and private sector. From a Consultant and Contractor background Peter has worked for many Blue Chip companies on “one off” and term National and International construction projects with values up to £100m. With a BSc in Quantity Surveying, Peter has been an associate member of the RICS for over 20 years.
Mara Figueira- SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) Manager

Mara has been in the health and safety sector since she was 17 years old and has 8 years experience in the construction and railway industry.
Educated in Occupational Health & Safety Diploma, NEBOSH general certificate, CSCS card and an APS certificate in highway maintenance services.
